For over 50 years, everyone at Union Station Homeless Services has celebrated Thanksgiving with those in need. Food insecurity is on the rise as the cost of groceries has risen significantly.
Will you help today?
To help USHS provide a warm Thanksgiving meal, please drop off food donations in-person or donate online through out Amazon or Target wish lists.

We need your help collecting a total of 850 pies, 7900 dinner rolls, and unsalted butter!

About Dinner in the Park

Turkey Drive
November 17th & 18th | 9am-4pm
We need 750 frozen turkeys this Thanksgiving to help feed the thousands of program participants and community members we serve! Participate in our Turkey Drive or donate much needed Thanksgiving sides like mashed potato boxes, pies, and dinner rolls!

Thanksgiving Meal Kit Distribution
November 19th | 9am-3pm
Community members can pick up a meal box with all the ingredients needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal at home — available until supplies last!

Thanksgiving Meals at USHS Housing Locations
November 25th
We will provide sit-down meals for Union Station program participants at Centennial Place, Heritage Square South, Eagle Rock Tiny Village, Huntington Villas, Casa Luna, Hilda Solis Iris House, Le Blanc, and Heritage Hotel, until supplies last.

Community members can sit-down or carry-out a hot Thanksgiving meal at our Adult Center. To-go meals begin at 10:00am, and onsite dining begins at 11:00am.Adult Center

Volunteer Shifts
We have a variety of volunteer shifts available to make Dinner in the Park happen this year! You and your friends, family, organization, or business can help out this year by preparing food, packaging meal boxes, carving turkeys, serving hot meals, and more!
Registration for volunteer shifts at Dinner in the Park will open October 31st!
